You visited a few times and I would appreciate your thoughts on this post - why not comment?
So far, have you been able to wrap your brain around the Twitter thing? It really isn’t that hard but it does require some getting used to. After all, it is more than just tweeting about driving to the store or watching grass grow or even pain peel.
It can be a very powerful ally in your business venture.
Take for instance my little site here. I am into Internet Marketing, Research, and Blogging. So I generally start a new blog post like this.
1. I gather three different keyword phrases which relate to the same idea that I am thinking about.
2. I research each of those phrases to find all of the relevant keywords that apply to my new post.
3. My goal is to have three variations of each phrase and I start to write my post out.
4. Now I copy it and create a variation for the Article Directories.
5. Here is where it gets interesting. I will go to Twitter and start hashing out Titles for my post and Articles by using Twitter’s character counter. Except I stop at the 100 character. I do this because this because I like the boundary and it sort of helps me in the creative side.
6. After I submit the articles, I will then update my blog with the new post.
7. Now I start socializing my post. Not only do I Digg, Stumble and Mixx it but I also started Tweeting it.
After watching my Stats after doing this I can see positive traffic coming from Twitter and people actually visiting my Blog. This is great! The trick is to be as nature as possible and do not Spam.
I have now moved it to the next level by twitting to certain groups that I have found to be related to my Blog.
It would be nice to have a fully automated solution but for now I am happy with the results and the time that I am putting in to it.
