The video below I saw on the Warrior Forum and to me this is the best visual layout of how anyone in Internet Marketing should adopt. If you are still believing in the Duplicate Content Penalty then you in a minority.

There is so much truth there I cannot and will not debate the issue. It’s dead. No Penality. Google has stated as such.
So how does this relate to Spinning?
As the video said. If I take an article and create more pages on my site then that is where you will be penalized. Google wants to show content to people. And as someone said, they (Google) does not want to show different URLs.
So here is the deal.
Google does filter it IF and only IF other sites have the same relevant content. SO if the niche is underdeveloped then more than likely duplicate content will appear across mony different domain names. That is just logic.
So if you practice an effective spinning process you can spread your message across many sites and still have relevant content show up from multiple sites.
